A seasonal slump in blood donations has Red Cross officials in St. Louis worried. They say blood donations typically fall in the summer. The drop this time, though, has come early. Officials say they have less than a one-daysupply of 0-negative and A-negative blood. Other blood types have fallen below emergency levels.
