A businesswoman from Harrisonville has paid $105,000 to settle out of court a injury lawsuit stemming from a golf outing. Angela Stephens agreed to the amount to settle claims made by a golfer who was hit by a golf ball by Stephens’s country club guest. The accident partly blinded the golfer.
