U.S. High Court Lets Contribution Limits Stand

Limits on the amounts political parties can give their candidates in Missouri have been upheld by the United States Supreme Court. The Court has upheld them by refusing to hear further appeals, letting a lower courtruling stand. The Republican Party has been fighting the limits since the law was passed eight years ago.
