Eldon native, Christian Cantwell took fifth at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships over the weekend. Despite damaged tendons in his right hand, he threw his first first attempt 63 feet, 7 1/2 inches. He fouled in his four other tries. Cantwell hadn’t practiced in three weeks.
