The SMS Bears first opponent of the NCAA Regionals will be a team with experience. The Red Foxes of Marist have made it to the post season three straight seasons. The Bears haven’t been since 1999. It’s the first time the two teams have ever met. Marist, which is located in Poughkeepsie, New York, was the winner of the Metro Atlantic Atheltic Conference tournament. Brad Ziegler will get the start for SMS. MAAC pitcher Chris Tracz will start for Red Fox.
