The Kansas City Wizards have cut forward Roy Lassiter, who is Major League Soccer’s, all-time leading scorer. They also said goodby to Gary Glasgow to make room for striker Igor Simutenkov of Russia. Lassiter came to Kansas City last season and appeared in 25 games, scoring seven goals.
