Bond Promotes Legislative Effort To Increase Number Of Insured

Senator Christopher Bond is promoting an effort in the U.S. Senate to help the “employed but uninsured” throughout the country get health insurance. He’s the co-sponsor of a bill that would allow small businesses to pool theiremployees to give businesses the opportunity to better negotiate for health coverage. Bond points out that about 24-Million of the 40-Million Americans without health insurance are employed, married to someone who is employed, or are dependants of someone who is employed.
