April 23, 2002 By admin Leave a Comment

Governor Bob Holden has declared a state of emergency for Pulaski and Phelps Counties following severe spring storms and flooding over the weekend. The state of emergency clears the way for use of state resources to help local officials in repairing damages from the flash flooding.
