Jim Edmonds’ fifth inning grand slam helped lift the Cardinals over the Diamondbacks 8-4 Wednesday night. St. Louis trailed 3-2 when he teed off on Curt Schilling, giving them a 6-3 lead. Matt Morris went seven innings, striking out five, to get the win. He’s 4-0. Jason Isringhausen worked the final two innings for his second save of the season.
