K.C. Judge To Decide On Fate Of Multiple Killer

April 2, 2002 By admin Leave a Comment

Sixteen days from now, a Kansas City judge will tell Gary Beach whether he will die in prison sooner rather than later. Beach has admitted killing five men at his home. His lawyer says beach is insane. The prosecution says Beach is sane. The defense says Beach killed the five men because he was angry about cocaine use in his house. Theprosecution says he killed them because he lost control of his stepson and his business. Beach waived his right to have a jury decide his sentence. The judge will announce on April 18th whether Beach should be executed, or should get life in prison without parole.
