We’ll have a record number of choices on our ballots this year. 619 people have filed for legislative or statewide office. The deadline for filing ended Tuesday afternoon at the Secretary of State’s Office. The old record for number of candidates filed was 608, set four years ago. Missourians are electing half of the members of the Senate, all of the members of the House, a United States Senator and a State Auditor this year.
