Record Numbers Added To "Banned From Casinos" List

March 25, 2002 By admin Leave a Comment

A record number of people has asked to be banned from going into casinos in Missouri. The Missouri Alliance to Curb Problem Gambling has a hotline that lets people with gambling problems ban themselves. Last year, almost 1,400 people asked to be placed on the list. That’s about 300 more than in the year 2000. It’s more than double the number who made those calls in 1999.
