A southwest Missouri meat processing company has recalled about 2,800 pounds of ground beef because it might be contaminated with E-coli bacteria. The meat processed by Southtown Meat Company of Joplin had been distributed in grocery stores, institutions, and restaurants in sevenMissouri cities in the Joplin area, and some in Kansas.
