The WNIT was an unpleasant experience for the Missouri Tigers and the Southwest Missouri State Lady Bears last night as both teams lost their first-round games. The Tigers dropped a 68-67 decision to Alabama at home while SMS was tripped up in overtime by Eastern Kentucky 72-65. Missouri ends the season with a 14-15 record while SMS completes their campaign with a 16-13 mark.
