Supreme Court Sets Execution Date For Pike County Killer

The State Supreme Court has set a Wednesday, April 10th execution date for Paul Kreutzer, who was found guilty of and sentenced to die by lethal injection for the September, 1992 murder of Louise Hemphill at the woman’srural home near Louisiana – in Pike County. Hemphill’s nude body was discovered in her home, by her daughters, Janie and Jessie. A change of venue saw the case tried in Callaway County.
