The Kansas City Royals pulled the trigger on a bit of a surprise move yesterday by releasing Jose Rosado. The lefthander was coming back from shoulder surgery that cost him the last year and a half, but he had progressed enough to warrant holding on to him. By releasing Rosado now, the Royals will save about $2.75 million dollars.
