The regular season is in the books for the UMKC Kangaroos as they wrapped things up on Tuesday night with an 81-66 non-conference win over IUPU-Ft. Wayne. The 81 points are a season high for the Kangaroos. Michael Jackson scored 20 points to lead all scorers for UMKC. The Kangaroos finish the regular season 17-10 overall and they will be the fifth seed in the Mid-Continent Conference tournament which begins on Sunday. In the first round, UMKC will take on the four seed Southern Utah.
