Kansas City pharmacist Robert Courtney is expected to drop his not guilty pleas to charges that he diluted cancer-fighting drugs he sold to clients. He’ll be in court this morning (Tuesday). He faces 20 charges, plus a number of civil lawsuits. His trial is scheduled to start in two weeks. The plea today is a bargain reached with the prosecutor. A grand jury is meeting today, too. New charges had been expected from it.
