A Springfield health care executive has come up with one of the top five inventions of the year, and is in the running to be named the number one invention. CEO Rick Williams of Community Hospice has invented the PersonalEvaluation Tool, which helps people communicate with doctors and nurses. He says the device is as easy to use as a television set remote control. The public can vote on the CBS television website for the best of the five finalists.
