Rush Named Finalist For Naismith

Missouri junior forward Kareem Rush has been named one of 20 finalists for the Naismith Award which is given annually to college basketball’s best player. Rush is second in the Big 12 in scoring this season, averaging just over 20 points per game. The Kansas City native is one of three Big 12 players to make this cut. He joins Kansas standouts Nick Collison and Drew Gooden on the list. The award will be presented on April 5th.
