The St. Louis Rams have submitted their list of five players left unprotected for the February 18th expansion draft. Those players available to the Houston Texans are tackle Ryan Tucker, linebackers Brian Allen and Mark Fields, running back Justin Watson and cornerback Jacoby Shepherd. The Rams can lose no more then two players to Houston off this list on the 18th.
