The State Supreme Court has set a March 6th execution date for Jeffrey Tokar, who was convicted of murder in the 1992 killing of Johnny Douglass, north of Centralia. Tokar shot Douglass as Tokar was burglarizing the Douglass home near Centralia. Tokar killed Douglass in front of the two Douglass children, an eight-year-old boy and a four-year-old girl.
