Indicted Kansas City pharmacist Robert Courtney has lost another fight in court. His lawyers say eight of the 20 charges against him are vague and unsupported. But a federal magistrate has recommended the district judgewho will hear the case against Courtney consider all 20 charges that he diluted cancer-fighting drugs before selling them to cancer patients. The judge says Courtney’s conduct left cancer patients fighting the disease with little more than hopes and prayers. Courtney’s trial is to start March 11th.
