Blues Look To Continue Hot Play

January 17, 2002 By admin Leave a Comment

The St. Louis Blues will start Brent Johnson between the pipes tonight when they host Vancouver and that should be a good thing. The Blues have won six in a row and Johnson has been between the pipes for every one of those victories. For the season, the goalie is 17-8-2 with a 2.20 GAA. The Blues are still in third place in the Central Division despite this hot streak. They trail first-place Detroit by 13 points and second-place Chicago by seven.
