Holden Sets Date For Special Elections

January 15, 2002 By admin Leave a Comment

Governor Bob Holden has announced a special election date for two vacant seats in the Missouri House. Voters in the 58th and 63rd Districts, both in St. Louis, will go to the polls Tuesday, March 26th. The 58th is vacant as a result of the resignation of Representative Louis Ford, while the 63rd is open because of the resignation of Maida Coleman, who stepped down Monday. Both are Democrats.
