Potosi Prison Guard Pleads Guilty To Drug Charges

A former guard from the Potosi prison has plead guilty to possession with intent to distribute heroin to inmates. Michael Dunivan of Farmington entered the plea to one felony count of possession with the intent to distribute heroin. He now faces a maximum penalty of twenty years in prison and/or a fine of $1-million. Sentencing has been set for March 28th.
