The St. Louis Rams are enjoying the most important of bye weeks, the one which occurs during the playoffs. The week off is giving quarterback Kurt Warner a chance to rest his injured vocal cords. Doctors have told him to remain quiet for a week to allow the injury to heal. Warner is expected to be fine by the time the Rams play again. They will host an NFC Divisional playoff game on Sunday, January 20th. Some good news for running back Marshall Faulk who had to settle for second place in the NFL MVP voting behind Warner. He was named the NFC’s Offensive Player of the Week for his 226-total yard, one touchdown performance in the regular season finale win over Atlanta.
