Former State Veterinarian Taylor Woods is returning to the job, twenty years after he left it. Woods held the post for ten years before leaving in 1982 for a similar position in Arkansas. He’s now a veterinary medical officer for the federal Agriculture Department’s Food Safety Inspection Service.
