Despite 22 points from Brett Hale, the Southeast Missouri State Indians fell to 0-5 on the season with a 76-71 loss at Vanderbilt. Southeast falls even though they held the Commodores to 40% shooting. Indians were hurt on the glass in this one, as they were outrebounded 42-33. This 0-5 start is Southeast’s worst in 50 years.
