Missouri Takes Care of SMS

Missouri rallied to beat Southwest Missouri State 61-57 in Columbia in women’s hoop action on Monday. Kerensa Barr led all scorers with 24 points, she also pulled down 10 rebounds. Natalie Bright added 17 points to the Mizzou cause. Erica Vicente led the Lady Bears with 18 points and 6 assists while Morgan Hohenberger added 16. The Tigers are now 15-6 alltime against SMS. Mizzou won despite shooting just 29 percent from the field. SMS really struggled at the stripe in this one, converting just six of fourteen free throws.
