Matt Cooke scored twice to support the fine goaltending of Dan Cloutier as the Vancouver Canucks beat the St. Louis Blues last night 2-1. St. Louis is now 0-2 on its five game road-trip. The Blues were kept off the scoreboard until the final four minutes of the game when Doug Weight beat Cloutier, who finished with 28 saves. Fred Brathwaite made 21 saves in defeat for St. Louis. Blues have tonight of, their road trip continues with another Canadian stop on Saturday as they visit calgary.
