Breach of Security Causes Delay at KCI

A breach of new security protocol delayed the depature of hundreds of passengers from Kansas City International Airport on Friday. The Federal Aviation Administration discovered a screener working the x-ray machine at three Vanguard Airlines gates didn’t have the appropriate training. About 500 Vanguard passengers and their baggage had to go through the screening process again before boarding their plane.
