The Kansas City Royals got two home runs including a grand slam from Carlos Beltran yesterday as they won their season-finale 10-4 over Detroit. Beltran finished with six runs batted in for the game and 101 for the season. Blake Stein allowed just two runs on two hits in seven innings to raise his record to 7-8. The Royals finished the season 65-97, their eighth straight losing campaign.
