Governor Bob Holden holds a meeting of his Cabinet Wednesday morning at the headquarters of the State Emergency Management Agency. State officials will be discussing Missouri’s emergency preparedness in the wake of the terrorist attacks. The Cabinet, SEMA officials, and members of the anti-terrorism Civil Support Team from Fort Leonard Wood are taking part in the meeting. State Emergency Management Director Jerry Uhlmann says Missouri must be prepared for any possible threat. Though, he concedes, the state has not been specifically targeted. He adds this kind of planning is not new because anti-terrorism planning has been going on in Missouri for several years.
