West Central Missouri Congressman Ike Skelton admits there are some problems with America’s military and its equipment. But he insists it is ready to wage war with those responsible for the acts of terrorism this country endured last Tuesday. Skelton says it would be a mistake to underestimate the resolve of America’s fighting men and women.
