The terrorism attacks on New York have touched the sports world directly. Garnet “Ace” Bailey was one of the 65 passengers on American Airlines Flight 175 which was the second plane to crash into the World Trade Center. Bailey played two seasons with the St. Louis Blues and was serving as the L.A. Kings Director of Pro Scouting when he was killed. He was 53.
