Carnahan Home Hit By Lightning

A lightning strike is being blamed for a fire that damaged the Rolla home of Senator Jean Carnahan. Nobody was hurt in the blaze, which caused $150,000 in damage. The home was struck during a thunderstorm Saturdaynight. The fire heavily damaged the second floor. Tehre is smoke and water damage throughout the rest of the home.
