Wistrom’s Injury Not To Bad

August 14, 2001 By admin Leave a Comment

There is good news on the injury front for the St. Louis Rams as defensive end Grant Wistrom’s knee injury is not as serious as originally feared. Wistrom suffered a partial tear of the capsule in his left knee in Sunday’s 24-10 win over Buffalo. The injury will not require surgery and Wistrom should only miss about two weeks. He should be ready for the regular season opener on September 9th in Philadelphia.
