The Missouri Legislature has a full House once again as special elections have been held in the legislative districts to fill vacancies. The 3rd and 7th Districts, in northern Missouri, had been held by Republicans. The 67th, in St. Louis, had been held by a Democrat. Jim Whorton has snagged the 3rd for the Democrats with a close victory over Roscoe Moulthrop. John Quinn holds the 7th for the GOP with a tight win over Deron Sugg. Democrat Mike Daus wins handily over John Morris in St. Louis. The new look of the House: Democrats-88 seats, Republicans-75.
