A special Governor’s task force reviewing how best to help offset the cost of drugs for Missouri’s low income elderly meets again Tuesday afternoon in Joplin. But a major player in the issue is not impressed with the work so far. He doubts the Legislature can adequately address the problem during the special session which is scheduled for next month.
