Governor Signs Bill – With No Onlookers To Be Found

People like to get their pictures taken with Governor Bob Holden when he signs a bill. But one law signed by the Governor has attracted almost no onlookers. The new law affects the State Revenue Department and it affects millions of Missourians. It keeps the Revenue Department from gathering unauthorized personal information about Missourians. The new law states the government cannot gather personal information unless the Legislature specifically allows it.
