Governor Bob Holden is taking the heat fof his reported use of $78,000 in state plane use during his first five months as Governor. Among those criticizing is State Representative Charlie Shields of St. Joseph, who says the Governor must be more accountable to the people of Missouri. Holden has reportedly used the state airplanes nearly 75-percent more frequently than former Governor Mel Carnahan did during his final two years in office.
