Seasonal sales of fireworks have begun in Missouri for 1,200 to 1,300 seasonal vendors. And, State Fire Marshall Bill Farr is pointing out the potential dangers of sparklers, firecrackers, and bottle rockets. Farr says people celebrating the Fourth of July should make sure fireworks are never held in the hand and people should have a fire extinguisher nearby in case there are any problems.
