St. Louis Blues forward Scott Young has been selected as a member of the 2002 U.S. Olympic Hockey team. He is the 12th player selected to the roster, which will grow to 23 players by December 22nd. Young led the Blues with 40 goals this past season. Blues general manager Larry Pleau is the associate general manager of the Olympic squad.
