Blunt Orders Texas Companies To Stop Trading In Unregulated Securities

Secretary of State Matt Blunt has issued orders to stop three companies from Texas from trading in unregistered securities with Missouri citizens. The Secretary of State’s Office says the recent spike in fuel prices is bringing out some scam artists trying to cash in. Three investors contacted the state’s investor hotline and reported the three companies. The Office is offering advice … suggesting Missourians be careful of any solicitations for money made over the phone.
