A special task force is being put together to look at the prescription drug issue in Missouri. Governor Bob Holden has tapped Lieutenant Governor Joe Maxwell to chair the special task force. Legislators were unable to agree on a prescription drug plan for senior citizens. Lawmakers will meet again this September in a special session to try to work out their differences on the matter. A bipartisan group will be put together over the next couple of weeks to try to come up with solutions to the problems that stand in the way of an agreement.
