Brewers Beat Morris, Cardinals

The St. Louis Cardinals lost for the fourth time in five games on Wednesday, dropping a 7-3 decision to the Milwaukee Brewers. Matt Morris was roughed up in this one, allowing four runs on seven hits in five innings of work. He takes the loss to fall to 6-3 on the season. Jeremy Burnitz homered and knocked in a pair for the Brewers, while Jose Hernandez added a three-run double. With the loss, the Cardinals see there lead in the National League Central reduced to a half-game over the Brewers and Chicago Cubs.
