Secretary of State Matt Blunt and Attorney General Jay Nixon have joined forces to prosecute a former Kansas City stockbroker on 16 counts of felony securities fraud. Rodney Belzer is alleged to have defrauded seven of his customers out of $775,000. What makes this a unique event is the fact the two offices have not worked together in the past.
