Governor Holden has signed into law a bill reforming the criminal forfeiture law. It ensures seizures from drug busts will to to their intended targets. Forfeitures are supposed to go to Missouri schools, but a loophole in the law has allowed police to keep millions of dollars. The law takes effect August 28th.
