Just two weeks remain in the current Legislative session, and House Speaker Jim Kreider expects a lot of legislation to be passed. He says the House has done its work, passing major legislation dealing with drunk driving, farmland protection, women’s health, and tobacco, among others. The House will tackle the budget and redistricting when it returns next week.
